Kinesis.Money Customer, An independent record, not a campaign
This site is run by a long-time Kinesis Money customer in Denmark. It exists for one reason: to get my silver and funds out, and to connect with others in the same situation. It is non-commercial, not a law firm, gives no legal advice, and is not affiliated with Kinesis.
Facts are documented and dated; opinions are labelled. Cases from others are added only with written consent and anonymised by default. Corrections are welcome. Kinesis may send a statement, and it will be published here in full. Contact: whereismysilver@proton.me
Looking for others: I am looking for other affected Kinesis customers who want to explore joint legal action in the Cayman Islands. Cayman law has no US-style class action, but customers with the same interest can bring a representative action together. Nothing here is legal advice, there are no fees, and getting in touch commits you to nothing.
